Ordering
All pricing is in US dollars. Orders can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal, all through our secure payment gateway.
Processing and Delivery
Processing time is 1-2 business days
We send all the packages through U.P.S. ground or U.P.S. 2-day air. U.P.S. does not ship to post office boxes. Delivery time for U.P.S. ground is 7-10 business days. Delivery time for U.P.S. 2-day air is 2-4 business days. All packages are insured at no extra charge.

Shipping cost is determined by the size and the weight of the item. Standard delivery charges are shown with each item.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase If you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charge. 15% restocking fee will be applied to a refund.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. Any order that is cancelled after it is shipped will be refunded minus the shipping charges. This policy requires all packages to be returned to us, unopened and in good condition. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund will be issued upon return minus all the shipping charges.
If an item is out of stock
We do our best to avoid an item being out of stock by checking stock numbers daily. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, we will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date, or we will issue you an immediate refund. You will only be charged for items that are shipped. We update our site as soon as we know that an item is out of order and work very hard to keep our customers happy. Our customers are # 1 to us and you will never be ignored. We answer all our emails as fast as possible, usually the same day as received. Damaged Items
All orders are packed with as much care as possible, but sometimes things break during shipment. If your item came in damaged, notify us within 3 days by email. We require that you send the defective items back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. Always email us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the original invoice and original packaging material. If you do not want to exchange the item, we will issue you a refund.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the day the order was placed for a refund, minus the shipping charges. The items must be in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return has to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip to receive proper credit. Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number). We will provide an RMA and the address to which the merchandise should be returned (certain items ship from different warehouses). |
